POLICY
At pacsolutionweb.com, we offer services in the areas of Web Designing & Website Development, Domain Registration, email Hosting, Webmail, Web Hosting Services. We, at pacsolutionweb.com reserve the right to change the use policies as well as terms and conditions. We cater to a large number of clients and are committed to provide the best possible services in a highly secured manner.
WE DON’T ALLOW
Bulk Mailing, Spam Mails, Mass Mailing related or any suspicious activity in root panel ETC, Proxy Scripts, Pirated Software, Warez, image hosting only sites that do not host an actual domain/normal website content, Money circulation site, Trading Programs, and Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, religious hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, sites promoting illegal activities. Direct customers: Your services will be terminated with or without notice. Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency. No refunds will be given.
MAILING LIMIT
There is a 50 hourly outbound email limit per domain this limit is also applied towards mailman. And 50 mails will not be allowed at a time. If you send over this amount in any hour most of the e-mails will bounce back with an un-deliverable error. Many of our servers have a 30 pop checks per hour limit per domain. If you go over this you are likely to get a wrong password error message saying login incorrect. Just wait an hour and it will automatically unlock you. To prevent this from happening again make sure to disable auto checking or at least set it to something higher such as 10 minutes.
COOKIES
In order to provide you with the best, tailored experience, our site will need to place ‘cookies’, on your computer. We use temporary cookies which we store on your browser for a certain period of time. If you visit our site again, it is automatically recognized that you have already been with us and which inputs and settings you have made so that you do not have to enter them again. APPLICATION
We collect and process personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application process. If an applicant submits his or her application documents electronically, they are processed electronically. If we conclude an employment contract with an applicant, the data transmitted will be processed in order to carry out the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.
PAYMENT TERMS
  • You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from pacsolutionweb.com, in advance of the time period during which such services that are provided is due. You agree that services will continue to be charged unless you notify pacsolutionweb.com of your desire to cancel any and/or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis according to your current pricing structure (i.e. domain fees, hosting server fees, email hosting or other services provided by us). pacsolutionweb.com reserves the right to change any and/or all fees at anytime. If content delayed from your side with more then 15 days of time period, We are authorized to cancel your order without any refunds. If the website is completed, You are bound to make the dues in 7 days. If you fail to make the due payments we may take action against it as per the requirement.
  • If you are rendering more then one service from pacsolutionweb.com, and if you fail to make the payment for even one service we have all rights and provisions to withdraw and terminate all the services given to you. After repeated reminders you do not make the payment for other services then website development we will terminate all the services along with the website, domain, hosting server and email accounts. If you want to re-activate your accounts, you will have to clear all the dues plus re- activation fees plus penalties will be incurred. If we renew domain/hosting/emails/server from our side, the time period given for the payment to client, will be only 3 days, within 72 hours a clients has to clear the due, if not cleared company may terminate/suspend account or withdraw services. Also un-suspension or redeem of service charges will be extra.
  • If you have made more then one website from pacsolutionweb.com and if you fail to make any dues for any one website we have all rights and provisions to withdraw and terminate all the websites and other services given to you along with domain server and email accounts. If you want to re-activate your account, activation fees plus penalties will be incurred.
  • Once the services are terminated or withdrawn from us, there will be resume charges that will be 50% of the whole project amount.
  • If you fail to provide content to the developer for development and then blame us for not completing the work as promise then its your fault we are not responsible and you are liable to pay the full amount for the package you chosen. As mention all purchases from pacsolutionweb.com are final.
  • Once the website is developed as per your instruction given to our developer, then you decide to cancel the order or denied talking the website you are liable to pay the full amount for the package you chosen. As mention all purchases from pacsolutionweb.com are final.

  • Once your domain is registered and half of the work is done on the website as per discussion while ordering the website. later if you change your requirement and design which can’t be done in the present plan and you have to upgrade the plan if you won’t upgrade plan in that case refund won’t be given only domain can be transfer to you.

DATA SECURITY
We take organizational, contractual and technical security measures in accordance with the state of the art to ensure that the provisions of the data protection laws are complied with and to protect the data processed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons. Our website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders, inquiries or payment data, which you send to us.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
PAC Solution Web Technology reserves the right to cancel any account at any time with or without notice. Any abuse to our Terms of Service / Privacy Policy or any inappropriate behavior’s with our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services. Domain name Booking, Domain Renewals, Hosting Services are non- refundable. All purchases from pacsolutionweb.com are final. No refunds will be given.
DATA BACKUP & DATA LOSS
Your use of the services rendered is at your sole risk. pacsolutionweb.com is not responsible for files, emails and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files, emails and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backups of files, emails and data stored on servers. Your server may or may not have automatic backups installed. You can ask for our support team guide you to take your backup. If you change the nameserver of domain, Instead of our nameservers you point another nameservers the website, emails and any other data gets deleted permanently from our server wihtin 7 days. You can do so on your own risk as we are not responsible for any issue.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT NOTE
If you develop any website from PAC Solution Web Technology, Our company name will there on the footer. If you want to remove and put your company name there will be a extra 1000/-Charge.
UPDATE ON POLICY
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time so that it always complies with current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services.
DISCLAIMER
PAC Solution Web Technology is not responsible in any manner for loss of data, crash, downtime and failure of the system. At times, pacsolutionweb.com may resell certain tools, software and program used by use but not developed by us. We are also not accountable for the utilization of client’s account in any manner. In case the terms and conditions are not followed in the prescribed manner, they are likely to deactivated without any further discussion. The deletion or deactivation of account will solely be related to the terms set by pacsolutionweb.com for which no intimation or correspondence of any matter is required. At the same time, pacsolutionweb.com reserves the right to change and modify these guidelines, policies at any point of time without notifications in advance of any sort.
